pay a non-refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel the course we offer the
opportunity for you to transfer the deposit to a future course/workshop being offered
by Oneness MK. Cancellation of the course is only applicable prior to the

due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrolments,
facilitator illness, venue issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, students will be offered a transfer to the next available course date. If
the student is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a credit may be issued for
future use. Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer
Law.

When you make an appointment, be certain you can attend. Clients have up until 24
hours prior to the appointment to reschedule without charge. If appointment is
cancelled within 24 hours, 100% payment will be forfeited.
Oneness MK reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to

issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
Where this occurs, clients will be offered the option to reschedule to the next
mutually available appointment time. If a suitable time cannot be agreed upon, a
credit or refund may be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
